We develop free, open-source resources to help support decentralizaton and independent teams in Web3. Please note: these tools are works-in-progress, and results may vary. If you have any feedback, we'd love to hear it—feel free to contact us anytime.
One of the biggest challenges facing the movement for decentralization in Web3 is the lack of accessible data to illustrate the severity of centralization on a given blockchain. To address this issue, we've developed Nakaflow, a tool that tracks the Nakamoto Coefficient, a standard measure for decentralization, for top blockchain networks, in real time.
RPC Nodes on Solana
To support community-oriented dApps on Solana, we provide high-performance remote procedure call (RPC) nodes on a project-by-project basis.
Technical Tools for Independent Validator Operators
Validator Mission Control
To help support independent validator operators, we've developed Validator Mission Control, an open-source reporting and alerts dashboard for Cosmos Networks and Solana.
As a complement to Cosmos Validator Mission Control, we've developed Cosmos Alert Bot, a lightweight Telegram bot that manages real-time validator alerts—specifically for Cosmos Networks.
Communities for Independent Validator Operators
The Staking Defense League
Along with some of our most inspiring peers, we're building the Staking Defense League, a coalition of independent validator operators working together to keep stake decentralized on the leading Proof-of-Stake blockchains.
From our friends at Throbac Labs, and executive produced by Chainflow's Chris Remus, Validator Roadmap is a podcast that offers a behind-the-scenes explanation of what it takes to operate a validator on one of the biggest Proof-of-Stake networks.
