How to Stake ATOM

Set up Keplr

Install the Keplr wallet (Chrome/Firefox).
(Optional but best) Connect a Ledger hardware wallet inside Keplr.

Fund your wallet

Send ATOM to your Keplr address.
Leave a small buffer (≈0.02–0.1 ATOM) un-staked for fees.

Open Keplr → Cosmos Hub → Stake

Go to the Stake section for Cosmos Hub (ATOM).
Search “Chainflow” in the validator list.

Verify the validator

(Optional) Cross-check the valoper (the staking address) on our site (chainflow.io/staking) or a reputable explorer before you delegate.

Delegate

Enter the amount (leave that small fee buffer), confirm, and sign in Keplr (or on your Ledger).
You’ll start earning rewards right away; they accrue per block.

Why should I stake with Chainflow? +

Because we’re independent, transparent, and performance-focused. We don’t cut side deals or prioritize whales. Your vote helps counter consolidation on Cosmos Hub.

How do I unstake (undelegate) my ATOM? +

Undelegate in your wallet; the Cosmos Hub’s unbonding is ~21 days. During that time, your ATOM is illiquid and not earning rewards.

How much ATOM can I stake? +

No fixed min/max. Chainflow treats all delegators equally, regardless of how much you stake.

How long do I need to stake for? +

You're in control. You choose when to unstake. No lock other than the 21-day unbond when you choose to unstake.
You can keep your ATOM staked for as long as you like, earning rewards along the way.

After staking, I can't see my ATOM, where did it go? +

After you delegate, your ATOM is still yours, but it’s placed in a stake account and may not appear immediately in your wallet's main balance.

It moved into a delegation entry (and/or a “bonded” balance). Wallets show both liquid and staked balances.

Is my ATOM safe? +

Yes. Staking is non-custodial, meaning that you keep your keys. Cosmos has slashing (e.g., downtime/double-sign). We operate with secure keys, sentries, and 24/7 monitoring to minimize risk.

How consistent is the staking yield? +

Rewards accrue every block and vary with network inflation / fees / validator performance. Our high uptime supports steady accrual; compounding is manual.

Our Cosmos validator runs on enterprise-grade, custom-built hardware for maximum performance and reliability:
